NBA All-Star Individual Records
The NBA All-Star Game has showcased the league's greatest players since 1951. Over the decades, stars such as Wilt Chamberlain, Bob Pettit, Oscar Robertson, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant and LeBron James have established some of the most impressive records in All-Star history.
The following tables include career records, single-game records and notable performances within individual halves and quarters. Older records that have been surpassed are identified as historical milestones.
The 2025 and 2026 All-Star events used shorter tournament formats, so those performances should be distinguished from traditional full-length single-game records.

Jayson Tatum set the All-Star single-game scoring record with 55 points in Salt Lake City in 2023, breaking Anthony Davis's previous record of 52 points from 2017. Wilt Chamberlain's 42-point performance in 1962 had stood as the record for 55 years before Davis surpassed it.

Historical Notes
Several NBA All-Star records have survived for decades. Bob Pettit's 27 rebounds in 1962, Magic Johnson's 22 assists in 1984 and Rick Barry's eight steals in 1975 remain extraordinary single-game achievements.
Other records have changed dramatically with the modern style of play. Anthony Davis broke Wilt Chamberlain's long-standing scoring record in 2017, Jayson Tatum raised the mark to 55 points in 2023, and Stephen Curry transformed the three-point record book in 2022.
Historical half- and quarter-record entries are preserved from the original archive and should be separately checked before being labeled current all-time records. Career figures use traditional All-Star Game statistics where indicated.
