From the NBA D-League to the NBA G League
The league began play as the National Basketball Development League
before later becoming the NBA Development League, commonly known as
the NBA D-League. It was renamed the NBA G League
beginning with the 2017-18 season.
Because several franchises have relocated or changed names, this page
uses the team name in use at the time each game was played. For
example, the Reno Bighorns later became the Stockton Kings, the
Los Angeles D-Fenders became the South Bay Lakers, and the Iowa Energy
became the Iowa Wolves.
