2013 NBA Draft Notes

First overall pick: Anthony Bennett was selected by the Cleveland Cavaliers out of UNLV.

Giannis Antetokounmpo: Milwaukee selected Antetokounmpo with the 15th overall pick. He became the most decorated player from the class and one of the greatest draft selections made outside the lottery.

Rudy Gobert: Denver selected Gobert with the 27th pick before his draft rights were traded to the Utah Jazz.

Trey Burke: Minnesota selected Burke ninth overall before trading his draft rights to Utah in a draft-night deal that sent the rights to Shabazz Muhammad and Gorgui Dieng to the Timberwolves.

Draft-night movement: A number of selections changed teams shortly after they were announced. Because this table records the actual draft selections, the team column lists the franchise that officially made each pick rather than the team that ultimately acquired the player's draft rights.
