The National Basketball Association (NBA) has been running since 1946 it is considered to be the Premier men's professional basketball league in the world and has attracted some of the country's best players. The table below displays previous winners and losers from NBA history, and the MVP from 1969. The reason, this is not on display until then is because the MVP wasn't an officially recognized title until then. Online betting companies like Betway take a lot of bets on basketball particularly the NBA championships, with their market on who is the MVP being among the most highly speculated on.
