Atlanta Hawks
The Hawks resigned free agent gaurd Dion Glover, Glover who was a former first round pick of the Hawks three years ago averaged just under 10 points per game last season for the Hawks.

Denver Nuggets
The Denver Nuggets signed rookie free agents Chris Marcus, and Yatu Tabuse. Marcus a former Western Kentucky star was thought by many to be a top 5 pick 2 years ago, but sustained a major injury and had to quite basketball. he entered into the 2003 draft, but wasnt picked. Tabuse was in the 2002 draft but wasnt pick, he played his college ball at BYU-Hawaii, and was the Japanese rookie of the year last season in Japan.

Minnesota Timberwolves
The Minnesota Timberwolves are said to be offering forward Kevin Garnett a large contract extension. Garnett who becomes a free agent at the end of this season, is rumored to be leaving the Wolves, but this new contract would ensure he stays. in the offseason the Wolves did a lot to try and appease Garnett, including trading for Laterell Sprewell, and Sam Cassell, and signing Micheal Olowkandi.
The Timberwolves also signed centers Jason Collier and Brandon Kurtz, gaurds Quincy Lewis,and Keith McLeod. Collier who was spent the last three years with the Rockets is expected to make the team, Lewis who spent three years with the utah Jazz, and Rookies Kurtz, and McLeod will probibly be cut during the preseason.

Portland Trailblazers
Blazers forward Zach Randolph pleaded guilty to underaged drinking, he was fined $1 dollar, and had to pay $134 dollars in court fees.

Utah Jazz
The Utah Jazz have agreed to a two year deal with gaurd Raja Bell. The deal will be signed monday after Bell completes his physical. Bell a third year vetran played 1 1/2 seasons with the Philadelphia 76ers, including the NBA finals in 2001. and a season with the Dallas Mavericks.

The NBA is looking into playing regular season games in China in 2004. basketball has been a surging sport in China since Chinese born players Yao Ming, Menk Bateer, and Wang Zhi-Zhi have made the NBA.
